Sahsa Alexa & Vinny Von

by Bren
(West Chester, Ohio USA)

I lost my fawn Boxer year ago July, Nickie! She was the love of my life (sorry honey, husband). I fell and suffered a serious brain concusion and Nickie was at my side the whole 2 years as I recoverd. Then she became ill and past to Heaven with the other dogs I had owned in the past! I truly believe this. Anyway, I couldn't go without a loving companion in our home, so we went to the local SPCA and found Vinny Von (Goldendoodle). But Vinny was closer to my husband and I missed my dear boxer Nickie! So, a couple of months later I contacted Go Boxer Rescue and they found our JOY, Sasha Alexa. Sasha is a deaf white boxer who fell in love with Vinny at first sight. And she is definately my dog! She is extremely alert, smart and loving. Just what the DOCTOR orderd!! Vinny even watches over her when they go to doggie play day and he every day gives her the first bite of his morning meal before he begins to eat his food. They are inseperable!! Rescuing our dogs was the best thing we could have ever done. Want a pet, go to your local resuce center. Bren
