Rocky, and Layla
Rocky and Layla were born at 2:30 a.m. on Halloween morning, Rocky was puppy number 2 Layla was puppy number 5. Their momma Harley is a first time mom and did fine with the first puppy, when Rocky was born, I think she was still shocked about having puppies that fast, she was up walking around and Rocky was still in his sack not moving...when I got him out of his sack he had some "water" and blood coming out of his nose and still wasn't moving my husband was convinced Rocky wouldn't make it, I broke out the heating pad and kept on working with him and he is now one of the strongest and bigger babies in my litter, now Harley did work with Layla a little bit but I actually had to intervine and keep her warm and dry her off and she is my other fat baby. Aside from my sweet Rocky and Layla there are 6 more sweet fur bags all healthy and strong. |
